Quite, humble, and reserved, Fedor is an excellent ambassador for MMA, but because of his lack of charisma Fedor has failed to connect with the casual fan base. The thing makes Fedor such a polarizing figure is his record, and depending on whom you ask, you could receive two entirely different responses.Either Fedor is an unstoppable and undefeated force who lays to waste all challengers placed before him, or he is an overrated myth who has feasted on second class competition. Then there is the brash and cocky UFC champion Brock Lesnar. I could have sworn this was the same guy that helped us get to 5-7 before. Maybe there was a possibility we were all misinterpreting the situation. With the exception of the West Virginia game, the first few games seemed fairly manageable. Mississippi State was and always will be the first SEC game...can't take that lightly. LA Tech's coach had been in the running for the head honcho job at Auburn...talk about hurt feelings. Ball State...they get the green for just being there. After starting the season 5-0, we finally got some respect. A top 25 ranking and people were taking us seriously again. The SEC West just gained another contender. It looked like we were refusing to be like the East. Having one team predestined to play for all the marbles didn't seem to work for us like it worked for them. Then came Arkansas. What a terrible display. I, personally, caught a Law and Order: SVU marathon during halftime and never looked back. I guess putting a number in front of our name proved to be irresponsible on the part of those silly voters. We don't like the polls anyway, right? Maybe we were just sticking it to the man. Yes, I prefer that excuse. If I mention Kentucky and LSU it will surely put a damper on our evening. Just thinking about it makes me want to find someone to blame, preferrably someone whose name rhymes with Swiss Cod. But knowing of issues with depth and injuries...we'll just look over this skid. On Halloween, our nerves were pushed to the limit. Neither team had anything to lose and it made for a wild afternoon. That McCluster sure gave us a run for our money. I want to give a quick shout out to Mr. Okay, time for vacation.I really do wish things could have been different, and I am going to miss theexcitement of watching Brandon Marshall in a Broncos uniform. The fact of the matter is that Marshall does not fit with the Broncos. Several prominent players, including Tampa's Donald Penn and New England's Logan Mankins are available, and would look quite good in a Giants' uniform. The Giants have been desperate for an impact linebacker for years, and several impressive players dot this year's free agent class.
For someone who got media coaching from another Ohio superstar LeBron James this season, is it time to start wondering when the kid gloves come off for Pryor?) 3) Playing the Rose Bowl with a torn PCLNow comes the news that Pryor's been nursing a slightly torn PCL , but have no fear, OSU fans?he plans to play in the Rose Bowl in spite of the injury."It's improved a little bit since the end of the season, but sometimes I can have trouble making some types of cuts," Pryor said in an interview session earlier this week "It's not really a big deal It's just a little sore It's fine. I think it goes without saying that The Streak remains intact, but it could be an awesome match and it's another opponent 'Taker hasn't fought at Wrestlemania before. That's my preferred build up to Wrestlemania, including the Royal Rumble results An alternative (less likely I feel) would be for Shawn to go on to win the Rumble, probably from a low entry number, and then 'Taker to later drop his title, probably at Elimination Chamber. While they surpassed my expectations, the fact that they finished sixth in the NFC instead of gaining a first-round bye (or even a division title) confirms my suspicions.DeSean Jackson had an amazing season. Davis also showed a willingness to take a walk (11.2 BB) but his strikeouts started to get out of hand (29.0 K). Andre Johnson is a 6 foot 3 inch, 225 pound force in the NFL.

While his numbers were impressive-.326 average, .350 OBP, 79 runs scored, 184 hits (again), 18 doubles, five triples, 12 home runs, 69 RBI?s, 22 stolen bases?the outcome for the Yankees was better that season. Open champion Clijsters played an eloquent and fluid game to overcome Valerie Tetreault 6-0, 6-4, comeback queen and 2004 winner Henin was hardly ruffled in an imposing 6-4, 6-3 victory over her unlucky countrywoman, Kirsten Flipkens. If a tennis fan was looking for an upset from the men’s side as well, they had to be disappointed, because the men soon restored order in the day which was headlined by shock from the women’s side. In another example of an overrated Big Ten team, John Belein's crew came into the season as the 15th team in the nation according to the AP.Now?At 10-8, they're barely over .500 and sitting with Minnesota in the middle of the Big Ten at 3-3.While a recent win over Connecticut showed what critics must've seen in the team preseason, too many poor losses has crippled this team from national consideration. With Manny Harris and DeShawn Sims, the Wolverines looked to have a strong core coming into the season.Joined with former West Virginia coach John Beilein and notable shooters (a staple of a Beilein offense) Zack Novak, Stu Douglass, and Matt Vogrich, Michigan was once again looking to regain its status as a basketball powerhouse. But with the inability to find a solid supporting cast for Harris and Sims, and while the young "shooters" failed to find their shots, Michigan has suffered losses to Alabama, Boston College, Utah, Indiana, and Northwestern, and took a rebuilding Creighton team to overtime. With Novak finding his touch against Connecticut last week, they finally garnered a quality win, albeit against a team that I've qualified as a disappointment.. MS Dhoni's men find themselves, 99-5 after 25 overs of their innings.
Cavaliers are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a SU win. So who is to say the stats he is putting up are even worthwhile (e.g., Dan Marino)? The best to ever play? Not even close, as it can easily be argued he's only the fifth best playing right now, which the "stats" will show later. Considering the expected upticks from both Buchholz and Matsuzaka and the anticipated struggles of Vazquez, the Red Sox rotation earns the nod over the Yankees rotation. Overall, he may compete for some rotation time, but it would be more likely for him to debut in 2011.That's a complete look at the defensive class of 2010.
