Until the last 3 weeks, the whole process talk was just that, talk But recently we've been noticing something. Again, the reality is most likely Mike Holmgren will want to bring in a Head Coach he's familiar with and knows his style of football to run the team. But is that whats best for this teamWith all those changes possibly happening, it makes me wonder exactly how this team will look next year. Slowly but surely, this team is starting to show really good improvements in all aspects, and I gotta believe that has to do with Mangini and Ryan. I can't help but think this team can only get better under their coaching and vision. With the mindset and players Mangini has now, I can't help but think this team is moving in the right direction and with a few more years to add key pieces to the team, we actually could be contenders. Will Holmgren keep the pieces in place that are making the team improved, or will he totally gut the coaching staff and bring in his guys We will see in the offseason, but for the sake of the team, I hope that Holmgren keeps Mangini and Ryan in place and lets them run the 3-4, while bringing in an Offensive Coordinator he trusts to orchestrate our offense.
I think that is the best way to continue in the right direction, but we'll have to see.. Arsenal's title aspirations were pegged back after a frustrating 1-1 draw with Burnley. Phil Brown's side sit an unimpressive 16th on the table but the Tigers are always a handful and if Arsenal fail to secure the all important three points, their Premiership title hopes be torn to shreds. As usual with Arsenal, Arsene Wenger has a handful of injury problems, the most recent and devastating was their captain Cesc Fabregas. With all three left backs, Gael Clichy, Kieran Gibbs, and Armand Traore, somehow injured, Mikael Silvestre will once again have to slot into the left flank. Bacary Sagna will of course remain at right back whilst Thomas Vermaelen and William Gallas will partner each other in the center half. The pair will need to show fight and strength and remain focus to ensure no mishaps occur.

MidfieldThe Arsenal midfield will need to cope without Fabregas. The Spainards' absence will mean a lack of creativity and leadership but the three midfielders, Alexandre Song, Abou Diaby, and Aaron Ramsey, must step up and create goalscoring opportunities.Alexandre Song will take the defensive duties. Abou Diaby and Aaron Ramsey will have the more attacking roles. ForwardsThe Arsenal frontline have struggled with the absence of their main strike force Robin van Persie However, they need to stand up and score some more goals. That frontline boasts creativity and skill but does lack height and strength.Hull will look to use the lack of strength to their advantage by playing a very in your face, physical game.
