This leaves ten days just to vote a law to repeal

The Presidents of the parliamentary groups UMP responsible for solving the puzzle created by PBS, the Minister of social cohesion, Jean-Louis Borloo, and the Minister delegate for employment, Gérard Larcher, which circumscribed them, probably felt a bit of fatigue late in the day, yesterday. As that between now and noon Friday, the scene should reproduce eight again. François Chérèque (CFDT), Bernard Thibault (CGT), Jacques neighbour (TCRC) and Jean-Claude Mailly (FO), the four trade union leaders who marched yesterday afternoon at the hotel of the College of Quaestors of the Senate, they were all repeated the same message: the repeal of the SCE is "not negotiable". For them all, it is the only way to put an end to the social crisis opened by this contract for trial period of two years for young people under 26 years.

13 Hours, the anti-CPE r20m in the aftermath of a new day of demonstrations monsters, had already set the tone by setting an ultimatum to 17 April. This leaves ten days just to vote a law to repeal. But also time to find a solution. Trade unions will be developed by phone tomorrow on their discussions and not vying and Monday to decide a possible "new strong time of mobilization", "fault of a rapid decision of withdrawal of the SCE". It may not delay if according to the Secretary General of the CFDT, which opened the ball of the consultations. François Chérèque pointed out have "explained the reasons for its request for withdrawal of the SCE. "We want a new law to repeal" or, he added, "of replacement".

"Route of access to employment".

The last new track would be to substitute another article asking the principle of the establishment of a "route of access to employment" in article 8 of the draft law on equality of opportunity for young people, based on their degree and their social situation. Such a formulation would not impose the use of the taboo word of "repealed" for the Government. "Parliamentarians have a skin problem," noted François Chérèque last night on i-télé. In whisper, Union negotiators say that parliamentarians are working on a scenario of this type. This probably explains the optimism of the Secretary General of the CFDT judge "plausible" that Bernard Accoyer and Josselin de Rohan complete their proposal of legislation before the intersyndicale Monday, perhaps even as early as Friday.

Two time

Bernard Thibault, received just after, was much more reserved on the outcome of the crisis. "Interlocutors say us that for them the CPE is suspended pending the definition of a different answer on the subject, but the only political response adapted to the situation is the withdrawal," he said. A view shared by Jacques neighbour (TCRC) who found the situation "blocked", parliamentarians being left "no response" to requests for withdrawal. "Negotiators" led by Bernard Accoyer and Josselin de Rohan appear to at least agree on the method: out of the crisis, and then initiate a broader negotiation on the youth employment or precarious. Thus, the restoration of dialogue should be two times, as had demanded the trade unions. "We prefer listening time, in which the terms of withdrawal and suspension will be no taboos." It's build output for rapid crisis. "Then we can carry out a comprehensive negotiation, which will address the topic of a broader youth employment", said Jean-Louis Borloo, who said "receptive" to the proposal of the Medef to negotiate on "all misfortunes". In whisper, some members of the commission are not "condemn" the PBS if unions submit concrete proposals.

Pressed by the head of State "to put an end to the more quickly", Nicolas Sarkozy, President of the UMP, he also multiplied contacts with François Chérèque, Bernard Thibault, Jean-Claude Mailly and Jacques Voisin yesterday morning. Excluded from the talks, Dominique de Villepin announced, on his side, he would "naturally all the findings necessary over the next few days" of discussions on the crisis of the CPE, is in challenging the work of this commission.
